Polyurethane Systems

STEPANFOAM^® AD-2200 is a two-component 100% water-blown polyurethane adhesive system applied for fast and seamless attachment of rigid insulation board to various substrates. This adhesive can also increase the energy conservation in new and rebuilt construction assemblies. AD-2200 is approved in accordance to the Factory Mutual FM-4470 standard test for Class I Roof Covers and the Underwriters Laboratory UL-790 as a Class-A Roof System for the United States and Canada.

STEPANFOAM^® EL systems are high density, fast reacting two-component urethane elastomers. They are designed for applications where the rapid cure enables fast demold times. They also have some of the highest mechanical properties in our portfolio, so are best when strength and durability is required. They can be used for pour, injection or spray applications using standard equipment.

STEPANFOAM^® RG systems are two-component adhesives designed to bond insulation core materials to facers such as steel or craft paper. These versatile systems offer very good adhesion and easy processing when used with a variety of core materials and facers.

 STEPANFOAM^® RS systems are designed for the production of rigid and flexible faced insulation panels. They impart excellent thermal insulation, flammability resistance and dimension stability in the final foam while maintaining a wide processing latitude and good flow.

STEPANFOAM^® RM systems offer superior strength and dimensional stability in cast molding applications.

STEPANFOAM^® RN systems are low density spray foams used to insulate roof and wall constructions. These systems offer both a thermal and moisture barrier and are designed to adhere to a wide range of substrates. Stepan's chemistry meets the challenging flammability requirements in EU building regulations.

STEPANFOAM^® RP systems are designed for the production of pre-insulated pipes. Our technology is easy to process and provides good dimensional stability and thermal insulation.

STEPANFOAM^® RZ systems provide excellent dimensional stability, thermal insulation and adhesion for pour-in-place panels.
